Default Help needed in Southern Sweden: Exhaust pipe broken

I am stranded with my RV-6 O-320 on my way back from Finland to Germany at Ronneby Airfield in Southern Sweden with a broken number 3 exhaust pipe.
The pipe broke right behind the welding seam at the flange.
Questions:
I need tools to remove the exhaust pipe and get it welded by a good welder.
Can anyone help?
Is welding at this possition possible?
Any special treatment/procedures for welding required
