Default AFS Control Module and Infinity Sticks

Has anyone ever installed the Infinity stick grips with the AFS Control module? I have only had experience with Vertical Power in the past and have never had a problem with that system, but with the AFS CM it seems there are not enough pins in the Control Stick serial port for all the functions of an Infinity Stick. I'm sure I'm not the first one to encounter this, but I'm also hoping that I'm not attempting to do the impossible by integrating this stick into the rather simple AFS Control Module. Any tips?

Not a direct answer to your question, but you might as well disregard the AFS Control Module unless you want one of their pre-made panels. I already asked and they won't sell just the Control Module.

Not sure this helps but I'm installing Infinity grips and using the following relay board (3 axis) for trim and flap control.

Default Infinity

There is no reason that ALL you stick functions have to go through the control module.

In fact you may want some of them wired directly to user functions.
