Default Fuel tank Flaper valve

Does anyone have any knowledge of using a flapper valve in wing tanks to keep the fuel in a small section of the tank near the fuel pickup
I am building wing tanks behind the spar on my RV12 and I have a concern that the fuel will not stay close to the fuel pickup
Any help will be appreciated

Thanks

Joe Dallas
