Default Garmin SL-40 Lens Replacement
Anyone have any recent success in finding a replacement for the plastic lens on the SL-40. My Garmin dealer was no help.

Sent my SL 30 back to Garmin. Had to have it sent back to me through a Garmin dealer though. Lens was bad and had a squelch problem. Flat rate $550. Basically got a new radio with new hardware and software upgrades. Very good work.

+1 for Steinair. There was a recent thread (last week I think) about lens replacement being ecomomical if you went the right place. Stein can lead you to it.
