Great customer service and wonderful product! I just sent in my ~4 yr old P-mag units for service and software update. With a trip opportunity just coming up just as I shipped the ignition units, I called E-Mag Monday about 1130am to see if they arrived and to ask about possible expedited service. Brad told me the units had arrived and were already on the test bench. Very good news! I asked about timing for return. After discussing the condition and work to be performed, he said he thought they could get them completed and the in the afternoon UPS run. They did! I got them back Tuesday afternoon. Service well beyond expectation!! Thank you!
