cowling mount kit

I had to deal with those hinges and it is a nightmare I am thinking replace for a milspec dzus kit, I find it very dificult to place the lower cowl in place, without scratch my paint, especially my beautiful yellow sppiner. it took me more time to take it off and put it in place then the small maintenance I did
