Parachute repacking

Looking for a place within reasonable flying distance from sky manor airport (N40) to repack my Strong 314 seat type parachute. All the jump operations I tried seem to only have riggers licensed for back type parachutes. Really want to drop it off in person somewhere / meet the rigger and not just send it off by mail.
