Question RV-8 Fuel Flow Sensor Position

My -8 Fuel Injection pump is set up per Van's drawings. With this; the distance from the pump exit to the firewall bulkhead fitting is only a couple of inches. Can anyone tell me where they are positioning their fuel flow sensor?

I'll be using a Grand Rapids EFIS and flow sensor.

Thanks I've seen many notes over the last months regarding straight runs in/out, but not the usual location - I expect some interesting discussion.
