Yes,
The 7A came with the 200 HP Angle Valve IO360. We just had that pulled and the new motor from Superior installed last week. We will be selling the 200 HP IO360 when we get around to listing it.

If you are going from angle valve to parallel valve, you will need to accomplish a new W&B and return to phase I flight-testing.

Another thing to keep in mind when switching from manual to electric trim is that the horn on the trim tab is different depending on which option you use. It would require taking the trim tab apart to put the lower profile horn in for electric trim.

Please let me know when you decide to sell the angle valve IO360. I need an engine (looking for good deal on one that needs rebuilt) for my RV-7A project, located in Ridgeland, SC.

Thanks Mel for that great bit on info. I wasn't aware of that but now have plans in place to comply with the Phase 1 fly off.
