Default advice with what appears to be corrosion

Hello All,

Working on my -9 elevators and have what appears to be corrosion on the E-902 spars (see pictures at link). I was cleaning up the spar for priming and wanted to get some feedback from others. It seems to be most prominent along the inside of the spar all along where the aluminum specification is printed. I have taken some time off from build (1.5 years) and would like any opinions on to proceed with using these.

Thanks

The link is not working.
General rule is it's ok to remove up to 10%.
