Just found this and thought some might find it interesting. Its a class on ATC for controllers/aviation managers etc, but could be useful for pilots interested about what goes on on the other side of the mic. Completely free, I am not affiliated with the site blah blah blah.
The first (very bottom) lecture is all introductions so I would skip it if I were you. Also, I kinda skimmed through the rest and haven't quite got a good feel for it yet; might require the text book or simulator etc which I/you probably dont have.
