Need a favor: Arlington/Virginia area RVators with Garmin equipment.
All,
I have a good friend from test pilot school that has been interviewing with Garmin. He has a site visit and wants to prepare himself the best that he can. In doing so he called me and we chatted. In his current job he does not fly GA and is not familiar with Garmin displays and functions. I told him he should familiarize himself with the product.
If you are around said area with a Garmin equipped aircraft, would you be able to take him up for a few minutes? We will reimburse your expense. Thank for your consideration.

I'm based at Manassas (KHEF) but I'm in Phase I so can't take him up. However, I'm more than willing to power up and have him play with the panel in the hangar all he wants. I have a dual screen G3X, SL 30, and GTN 650. I'm also checked out in a G-1000 equipped 172 there at Manassas.
