Planning on heading to Osh , first time there in my RV ( motorcycle once , Biplane once ) . Thinking of HBC , getting there on the first weekend ,unless weather looks ugly .
When does Vans start selling Banquet tickets ? What other "Don't Miss " RV guy related stuff should I pencil in ?
Flying in from NE Fl. Looks like 5-1/2 hrs ,wheels up at 6:30am , 1 fuel stop change clock to Central time and be in before they start the afternoon air show .

There is no airshow until Monday, so no worries hitting a "pre-airshow" window on Saturday or Sunday. However, a Saturday arrival is less hectic and you can get setup and oriented a bit earlier, meet your neighbors earlier, etc..

Typically, some of the prominent RV folks (and vendors) host a nice beer bash on Monday evening. After that, it is workshops, vendors, SOS tent, lather, rinse, repeat.
