Default oil on lower plug

So I did my spring maintenance recently, after having the airplane pickled for the winter. I changed spark plugs, and found one of my lower plugs had some oil on it.
What could this indicate? What should be my next step?

Default Oily plug

Stop letting the airplane set. Fly the whoopie out of it at full power for a couple of hours. Problem solved
