LED position light hook up?

I know this has been discussed many times but could not find what I was looking for, I am looking at these http://lighthouseleds.com/downloads/..._datasheet.pdf
So question, if they run at 3.3ish V. DC can we hook up 4 in series with no resistor with ship power at around 14V.
