Thumbs up Wing Tiedown

Just curious. Has anyone had a problem getting their tiedowns out of the wings. My RV-4 is 15 years old and I bought it in 2009. I'm pretty sure they have never been out since the airplane was built. They're in pretty good and would like to know if anyone has had a similar problem getting theirs out. Would like to use my GoPro Mount this summer that I bought recently.

Thanks.

I always took mine out when not in use. The dissimilar metals will corrode making it very difficult to remove them. I have no suggestions on how to remove stuck tie downs but be careful not to inflict structural damage when doing so.

I only install mine when needed. corrosion is big probability for stated reasons. a good soaking in PB blaster will most likely free them up.
