Data plate

I think that the only required information on the data plate is Builder (or Manufacturer), Model and Serial number. The blank data plate I have also includes Empty weight, Date of Mfg, Gross weight Engine and H.P. Can I leave those extra fields blank or does each field need to be filled out if it's there?

Make, Model, & S/N. All other blanks are optional.

If you want to fill in the date of MFG, the correct date would be the date of certification. Some people just put the Month and Year.
