Kroy K4100 Labeler

I have a Kroy 4100 Labeler that prints on shrink tubing. It is awesome for labeling wires, tubing, hoses, etc. However, I am having a problem setting the length of the shrink tubing, and thought that maybe someone could straighten me out. I have followed the manual directions, but it does not seem to make a difference.
