Default Part missing?

On page 31B-13
Rivet F12122 ELT Angle to Bulkhead, can not find Part or listing on Packing List.
But F12122 is listed in construction manual as a part of the finishing kit.
Anybody run in this before, or could it be a part of the instrument package?
Any explanation appreciated.

Ueli

We ran into the same issue last week. Called Van's and they said that part now comes with the Avionics kit. Van's said they get this question all the time. I wonder why they don't revise the plans?
