Seeking Tech Counselor West PA/East OH Area

I took the plunge and purchased a partially completed RV-10 empennage kit and now have it back home! I am now seeking a Tech Counselor to advise me on my next steps and to go over the kit as it is and make recommendations. To my mechanically inclined but untrained eye, the build quality on the kit is very good, but just to be safe I want to have a review of the structure as completed, as well as to develop a relationship with a Counselor for the long haul.

I and the kit are located a short drive from the field at KBVI (Beaver County Airport). Please let me know If you'd be available in the coming weeks to come by for a visit. You can pm me or we can correspond via email.
