Pseudo PFD App?

Does anybody know of a good pseudo PFD application for an iPad or Android device and can give a PIREP on it? One that gives reasonable accuracy just using it's internal GPS receiver during flight, kind of like the Garmin Portable units do.

One is called "Inflight" (PFD), and the other is "FlightPanel" both seem to work OK in the airplane --- I got them when searching the App Store --- I am sure there are others.
