Default Alternative Insurance Program

My business partner and fellow RV-10 builder and I have spent the last year meeting with attorneys, accountants and excess/reinsurance company's in order to set this up. We are at the point in the process to see how many people are willing to get involved in such a program. Check out the website, if you elect to complete the interest form you will receive a monthly newsletter keeping you up to date on the amount of interest and the estimated "coverage available date"

Just a thought but how about some type of Sellers Liability Insurance. Something that a builder/seller could buy for a modest annual premium to protect them in case of a lawsuit for an accident in an airplane they built and sold. The premiums could be low given the precedence (or lack there of) of the history for these types of cases.
I don't know but it seems like it could be both a money maker and offer some piece of mind.
