Default January 2015 not good month for RV planes according to NTSB stats

NTSB preliminary reports for January listed four RV airplane mishaps, three were fatal. The planes were 6A, 7, and two 9A's.

Though the preliminary reports are brief, they are worth reading to see what the circumstances were as they are known at the time of reporting. One of them the non-fatal one, seems to reinforce what many experienced RV owners espouse on this site---get transition training in any unfamiliar airplane.

Sympathy to those who were lost in these mishaps and their family and friends.
