Default St. Augustine Visit

Had to use up a free Marriott Coupon and decided to visit St. Augustine, FL.

After looking into options we decided to fly into KFIN since Atlantoc Aviation in KSGJ was about Twice the price for 100LL and overnight fees, Security fees

KFIN has cheap fuel and waives the overnight fee with a fuel purchase!

On the way North there was a ton of traffic heading my way! Luckily RV's are fast and flying higher..

Passing Disney World

After we landed in KFIN we picked up our Hertz Rental Car and headed north to St. Augustine for lunch at the "Gas Full Service Restaurant" - This is their Jalape?o Popper Burger.

Visit to the lighthouse

Castillo de San marcos

And a little old boat in the harbor

I was going to say it was a cold 58F when we landed Saturday, but...you guys were all starting out your journey to the frozen lake runways of the north.

I did put that Popper burger in to tempt you south

Default Cool

Smilin' Jack - glad to hear you're weathering Florida's cool temperatures. The wind chill is higher than normal, so keep warm!
