Default Putting back into phase 1

My operating limitations are very clear about going back into phase 1 for 5hrs to change a prop. The language is very clear when completing phase 1. What I'm wondering, what notation is made in the log book to put your plane back into phase 1.
Thanks Dale

I don't think you have to note anything to put back into phase I, just a notation when you are finished.
