Default Indexing a 3 bladed prop

Should a 3 bladed propeller normally stop in a particular position ( 1 blade up, 2 blades down - 2 blades up, 1 blade down) or does it just stop at an uncontrollable random position?

About 60% one up, about 40% one down...
