Default Is this cover on right???

I put the side covers over the flap center console. The cover is all wavy looking, is that correct? It looks tacky but I know what could be wrong.

Default Same old same old.

Mine was the same. The metal is so thin that if the holes are out a few thousands of an inch the sheet buckles.
I slight enlarged the holes and they then sat flat.

Default Yup...but there's more

As mentioned by the previous reply....you 'can' enlarge the holes a bit which will help IF that's the problem.
You might also remove the cover and make sure it's straight to start with. If it is I'd take my trusty edge rolling tool and roll the edge. This will 'lift' the portion that already snug and will help the sloppy part to lay down. It will also stiffen the edge.
The fact that this concerns you tells me your doing a good job .

Thanks Rick. Do you have a picture of that solution?

I always wondered about where you would use the edge rolling tool. With the panel off it is flat so I think I can just enlarge the holes. I am thinking of covering it somehow with upholstery because even with them flat it doesnt look good from the front...
