Default Engine oil in fuel servo

I have been tracking down oil leaks inside my cowl and am starting to suspect I have worn valve guides.
The engine has good compression (80/ 77,72,77,77 chrome cyl's) however I have a large amount of oil out the breather and I have noticed quite a bit of oil inside the fuel servo and FAB. My spark plugs also seem to be some what darker deposits than I see in other engines.

Does this point towards worn valve guides? I can't really think of another way I could get oil in my FAB and fuel servo. I was considering removing the intake tubes but I doubt I could learn much as any oil leak would spread to all of them during operation.

The Compression test seemed to bleed air out the valves and sump about the same for all cylinders and the visual of the valves look really good with a symmetrical color from the center out on all. One last data point. The engine was rebuilt and sat on a shelf for way too long so some gaskets had become brittle and were replaced.
