Flight in Richmond RAAF base (Sydney Australia)

A friend that works at the RAAF base in Richmond, managed to obtain a clearance for a flight into the base so I jumped at the opportunity, along with the added lure of a glider flight.

Anne-Marie and I had a fabulous morning and captured the arrival and departure on video, the only downside is that the mic into my video camera managed to unplug itself on departure so no audio except what is capture by the external mic.

It's a rare opportunity to log a landing at YSRI. I have tracked overhead Richmond a couple of times as PIC but my landings there have all been in C130s not as crew. Looking forward to your next video adventure.
