Yes you can
BUT the antennas still need an "unobstructed view" of the sky. This is means if the glare shield is made of some kind of RF transparent material like fiberglass, foam, plexi-glass, etc. then you should not have a problem.
If your glare shield is made of aluminum then you must make a cut out large enough so the antenna has an "unobstructed view" of the sky.
Either way you should verify that the antennas can "see" from horizon to horizon while still on the ground. Most GPS units can show which satellites it can see in relation to the horizon.
