McCauley Governor Cable Bracket Adjustment

There was a recent post regarding the adjustment of the the cable bracket on an MT governor. I attempted to find a manual for a McCauley governor to see if it is similar to the MT. It looks like it is a matter of removing some screws and reclocking the bracket. Also, it looks like the control arm needs to be adjusted. Can anyone give me an idea of the correct way to do this?
