Default Old Style RV 4 Trim Cable

Hi! I pulled my trim cable out after 1025 hours, and it is not too pretty. One side is worn flat..... Don't worry, it's not the same as your plane (if yours is later than about 87...): N95JF is my trusty 1986 4 (number 32), so the cable is a Bowden cable to a clevis on the tab. I have never had any problem tho I think s few early guys had them break...Query: anyone have a source of top quality teflon lined Bowden cable (actuator is about .063-.070) No one at Van's has any info about the original supplier (who is probably gone in any event....).

I hate to have to put a cable craft in cuz I am not sure I can fit into the tail cone anymore to re-drill the rib holes to make room....Thanks in advance and tailwinds! JJF
