Default Dimpling already painted surfaces

See subject line... doable? Paint is PPG basecoat clearcoat. I'm installing an AOA and the two ports call for #4 screws, dimpled in the leading edge skin. Would like to not have to do a big repaint job around this but... thoughts?

Dimpling will pop the paint. For the #4 screws, I would either countersinkir glue the ports on the inside of the wing. Proseal should glue them in nicely.
