Chicago Midway? Pfft. If they did a bit of housekeeping on the deck, I'm sure you could get an RV-4 onto the USS Midway.

The mothball fleet used to have an old flat top. Local lore has it that a few people did touch and goes on it in 152s. The agency in charge then hung a bunch of lines across the deck with streamers to make it obvious that you couldn't land there anymore.
