Default Silicone hose

Looking to connect a 3/4" nipple to a 7/8 tube ( crankcase breather ) and see Silicone Hose and fittings are Not Compatable with oil and fuel .
I see some silicone hose used for this , how's it holding up ?

Default Oil rated Silicon Hose

No problems so far - but I only have about 55 hours on the plane.
