I "heart" my Cleveland brakes?
Cleaning my calipers I noticed this heart machined into the cylinder. WTF?

I have seen this used in manufacturing to identify the quality control person who performed a critical inspection on the part.

Can't imagine why that would be upsetting; inspection stamps are pretty common on manufactured parts, like proof marks on gun barrels. They just want you to know they love you and want you to be able to stop safely.
