Thumbs up Petit Jean Fly-in: Not Your Typical Sausage Fest!

This is the best-planned and run fly-in I have ever been to! You really SHOULD plan to attend next year!

Arrive on Friday - there is lunch for you!
Friday night - great buffet dinner with prizes and entertainment at the lodge!
Fri and Sat - photos of you at the bluff and when you are making your approach or a low pass. Nice formation demo's! GREAT planes! C-130 low pass!
Sat: burger/dog lunch and an EXCELLENT BBQ MEAL that night - made by a great guy from Corky's. YUMMMM!
Really nice gift bag and more prizes and giveaways.

Plenty of non-aviation stuff to do as well. Hiking, a BEAUTIFUL Arkansas state park at just the right time of year, and you can either camp or lodge.

And it is one of the FEW fly-in events like this where you can actually do some nice lady-watching! A great event for couples - we need more of those.

The organizers are just EXCELLENT with the arrivals, departures, and all of the details. They are providing a great gift for those of us that simply choose to attend. THANKS and NEXT YEAR!!!
