Bill McMichaels RV-8?
There is an RV8 project for sale <elsewhere>, listed as being from Aurora OR. I spoke to the seller, he said he acquired the kit as it is from an estate sale of the original builder, also from nearby Aurora. The original builder may have been "Bill McMichaels"
Does this ring a bell with anyone? Can anyone comment on this person as a builder? The price is attractive, but there are no builder logs or records of the construction. The current owner has a document from a DAR verifying that previous construction was IAW FAA guidance for experimental aircraft. I'd be another link in that chain.
Is this too complicated to jump in the middle of?
