Default Exhaust valve rocker

I removed all the rockers from my IO-540-C4B5 to remove the pushrod tubes for painting. I have done the dry tappet clearance check earlier (before I decided to remove the tubes for painting), and they all checked within specs.
I found one of the exhaust rockers "toe" to be ground away, almost no toe left. (side that pushes on the exhaust valve). This is very different to the others and what I know as normal.
The rocker part# cast on it is 685200. At the pushrod side another number L66 is cast into it. On the other side a number E5307A-6 is cast into it.
The pushrod stamped number is 73434.
Keen to hear your thoughts.
If I replace the rocker, what pushrod number should I look for? (Would guess a lot shorter)
If anyone has a rocker and/or pushrod like this and willing to sell, please let me know.
Thanks.
Johan

PS. I have photos if that may help. I have no way to post them here though.
