Just wanted to report a good vendor experience I had with Andair. I ordered some retrofit, locking caps for my RV-3B at their Oshkosh booth after changing my order 3-4 times because I couldn't decide on a fuel selector valve. Andy was very patient through all this.
Then, when it came time to bill/ship, the CC I had given didn't work, because I'd been issued a new card number, due to questionable charges on the old one. Andy called me himself to rectify the situation. After the new CC I gave him over the phone turned out to be non-compatible (Discover Card), Felicity called me to rectify the situation. All in all, it was a real saga over a small order, but they got it done. I am now awaiting delivery as my caps cross the pond.
Good experience all around, plus I got to hear Felicity's rather nice voice and amorous British accent.
