Default Buying a hangar?

I'm thinking about buying a hanger at KCMA (Camarillo, CA) buy not sure how to go about it. In the old days, I could walk around and look for "For Sale" signs on the hangers. Now with new security, I'm locked out.

Any hints? I'm looking for:

Executive T-hanger
220V electricity
No rails on the ground.
Cement floor would be nice.
Big enough for one plane and a few workbenches. I talked to the office and they said building (with recordable progress) is OK with them.

Camarillo used to be an AF base, and there is no new building. BUT they said there are hangers for sale.

If you flew in, you'd be on the field and could look around.

Or ask a local to let you in as a guest.
