Default Additional Pilot Program Released by FAA

Saw an article in EAA today announcing that the first Operating Limitation allowing an Additional Pilot was issued recently. Here is the AC outlining the details http://www.faa.gov/documentLibrary/m.../AC_90-116.pdf

I think this is great news and very encouraging to see the FAA move so quickly on it. I certainly plan to request this deviation when I apply for my A/W papers next Spring.
