Question Flap Positioning system

Hi all,

Has anyone got any pictures/ideas of how they mounted the Control box for the FPS and which way you ran the wiring...........

PS just to claify it is the FPS from Show Planes that Vans sells that I am asking about !

This is how I did it in my -8.






I then mounted this under the passengers armrest here (the six screw holes are for the mount):

On my 7, I simply attached it to the inside of the rear, upright portion of the flap doghouse:

Default OK dumb question

My FPS does not stop the motor running at both the very up and the very down position.

Am I supposed to file a notch in the positioning shaft or something?...I have just been living with it for 40 hours but i need to get this and a few minor sqwarks fixed.

The positioning shaft is supposed to have the notches already in it. If not, then send it back.
