you will love this place. call in for landing clearance and have a ball. it was a last minute idea for today and worked out. food at sky acres, old planes at the aerodrome. adios.

Old Rhinebeck may be a great destination but it's a bit like Red Sox vs Yankees when you're born and raised in Maine.
Might I suggest Owls Head Museum

Just make sure you call first.
Kind of fun landing there. As I recall isn't there a turn and a slight hill on the runway/field? The grass needed cutting real bad when I was there and it really helped the braking .

I agree,What a blast landing at Old Rhinebeck and watching the airshow. Oh yes, Owls head at Rockland is also very nice. Two things off of our bucket list as well. Larry
