Default Ray Allen servo connections

Can anyone tell me what the function Is for the three colored wires on the servo that connect to the indicator. Their diagrams only show the way to hook up their indicators. I'm installing to skyview and need to know what each indicator wire does to get the indication on my screens. Thanks

one of them is the wiper on a liner potentiometer, the other two are the ends of same potentiometer.

I think the orange stripe gets +5V, the blue stripe is ground and the green stripe is the reading of position. The green and blue I may have backwards.
