Default Labels for fuse blocks

Does anyone have a label template for the generic fuse blocks lying around?

I had one last time i did this, but I'm rewiring and can't find it anywhere.

What I'm looking for is a printer label template for the little strip down the middle to label the individual fuses.

Thanks in advance

Just sent you both my main bus and av bus. You might have to add or delete a column or two if you used different size blocks, but shouldn't be too hard. Hope they help.
