Default E-MAGS

Hi All from some time i was evaluating the installation of e-mags, it looks like a great improvement over the old mags. I have read all the sales information and talk with Danny King at OSH and now im close to make the desition.

Please i need more feed back good and bad evaluations to make a good desition.

I replaced my right mag with an eMag about 18 months and 200 hours ago and have been extremely satisfied. Very smooth LOP. I'll change out the left mag in the near future.

BTW i have 9 to 1 cylinders, will need a different mapping?

FYI - Emag is the company, Pmag isvthe product.

They used to sell an Emag but discontinued it a few years back. It was a Pmag without the internal generator.

Make sure to install them as described in the manual. Meaning, ground each one to its own, unique case bolt. DO NOT ground them on a tab on your firewall! This cannot be stressed strongly enough!

As half the team behind the EICommander we have found that most of the false alarms are the result of miss-wiring the grounds.
