Default OT - Bad, Bad luck.

Just saw this on the NTSB website. This poor guy landed on a 12,000ft runway, rolled out 1000', then continued to taxi for 7000' before losing control and flipping over and killing him. Sounds like maybe his nosewheel collapsed. Man, that sucks. He was home free!!
