Default Flap rubbing fuselage

I have trimmed the inboard edge of the top skin on the flap toward the leading edge but it is still rubbing the fuse. skin at full up. How much room do you guys have between the inboard upper flap skin and the flap plate where the nut plate goes?

I am getting really close to the rivets on the plate and the edge of the upper skin. I am begining to think the hinge half on the wing is a little too close to the fuse.

Anyone had this problem?

Thanks in advance.
