Garmin 796 XM antenna

Hello Garmin Expert and all

I'm thinking of buying a Garmin 796 with XM Weather and I noticed that the 796 can either come with a GXM 40 or GXM 42 antenna which is way more expensive..

Is there anything special with the GXM 42 to warrant such a difference in price..

Can I get the WX with either one? As long as I can, I don't care about the fancy stuff it might do if it does...

Also if anyone has a 796 with XM that they might interested in parting with, I might be intersted..
